Covenants and Architectural Control

     A covenant is a contract drawn up by deed.  When you bought your property a specific covenant was made part of your deed and states various restrictions; the intent of which is to protect property values.

     Before making any real changes to your property, please review the covenant that pertains to your property.  Country Bend has seven different covenant areas within the subsivision and each has its own restrictions.  Click on the Subdivision Map below to determine the unit that applies to your address.  The unit covenants are listed below.
